Terms of Service
Welcome to the services provided through Panda Tai Chi (the “App”)!
The full name of the App is Panda Tai Chi for Beginners, commonly referred to as Panda Tai Chi. These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) constitute a valid agreement between Panda Tai Chi (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and you (the “User”) regarding your use of all services offered through the App.
Before using the App, please carefully read all provisions of these Terms and the Panda Tai Chi Privacy Policy. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have voluntarily read, understood, and agreed to all provisions of these Terms. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, please stop using the App and related services immediately.
These Terms apply to all features and services of the App, including but not limited to: Tai Chi and Baduanjin course series, daily guided practice sessions, daily mindfulness quotes, nurturing and companionship features involving the panda intellectual property (“IP”), check-ins that unlock martial arts guides, and personal practice data records.
The App is primarily intended for users aged 16 and older and is not specifically directed at children. Users under the age of 16 may use the App only if their legal guardian has first read and agreed to these Terms, assessed the safety of the exercises, and provided appropriate supervision. If the laws where the User is located prescribe a higher minimum age or other guardianship requirements, local law will apply.
I. Description of Services
1. The App provides users with tools and content related to light Tai Chi exercise and the management of daily lifestyle habits. It is intended to offer light exercise courses that users can follow at home and to help them develop an exercise habit.
2. We will continue to improve course content, the interactive experience, and the incentive system, and may add, adjust, or optimize features as the product evolves, in order to maintain the stability and usefulness of the services.
3. All courses, movement instructions, and mindfulness content in the App are provided for reference only. They do not constitute medical diagnosis, treatment, or prescription advice and cannot replace professional medical services. If you have an illness or experience physical discomfort, please seek medical attention promptly. We assume no responsibility in connection with health-related diagnosis or treatment.
II. Rules for User Conduct
1. The App does not have an account registration or sign-in process. Users may access all basic features immediately after downloading and installing the App. All local practice records and check-in data are associated only with the User’s current device.
2. When using the App, Users shall comply with local laws and regulations, public order, and accepted standards of conduct, and shall use the product and services lawfully, compliantly, and reasonably.
3. Users may not use the App to engage in unlawful, noncompliant, infringing, vulgar, or public-safety-threatening conduct. Users may not alter, crack, reverse engineer, misappropriate, or repost the App’s course content, IP materials, or written content.
4. If a User engages in misuse or infringement, we may restrict or terminate the User’s access to the App’s services at any time and reserve the right to pursue legal liability.
III. User Rights and Service Rules
1. Users have the right to use, free of charge, all publicly available courses and basic features of the App, including daily guided practice, check-in records, mindfulness quotes, and IP-based incentives.
2. Users may independently choose whether to grant iOS App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission. Disabling this permission will not affect the use of any product feature; it will only disable data analytics and personalized attribution capabilities.
3. Users may view and manually clear their personal practice data and check-in records stored on their device. When a User uninstalls the App, local data will also be deleted. The applicable data deletion rules are governed strictly by the Privacy Policy.
4. The App’s daily courses, unlockable incentives, and written content are arranged by the platform, and Users acknowledge the platform’s content update rules.
IV. Intellectual Property Protection
1. We lawfully own the intellectual property rights in all content within the App, including but not limited to Tai Chi course videos, movement tutorials, quotes and other written content, the panda IP character, visual designs, page layouts, text materials, and illustrated martial arts guides. Such content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
2. Users may use such content solely for personal, noncommercial practice. Unauthorized reposting, copying, editing, secondary commercial use, sale, traffic diversion, or misappropriation is prohibited. If any such conduct is discovered, we reserve the right to pursue all applicable legal remedies.
3. Users own the intellectual property rights in the personal check-in records and personal practice data they generate while using the App. We may use such data for product optimization and service upgrades only after it has been de-identified and anonymized.

V. Privacy and Permission Rules
1. The collection, storage, use, protection, and management of authorizations relating to Users’ personal information are governed strictly by the Panda Tai Chi Privacy Policy and the applicable laws and regulations where the User is located.
2. iOS App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission is optional. Refusing permission will not affect the use of any core feature; it will only disable data analytics and personalized attribution capabilities.
At present, even if a User grants ATT permission, the App does not read or upload the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA). If we later enable advertising measurement, attribution, or cross-app tracking features that require the IDFA, we will provide notice and obtain any necessary authorization in accordance with applicable requirements.

3. By voluntarily downloading and using the App for exercise, the User acknowledges the principle of “voluntary exercise and assumption of risk.”
The foregoing limitations of liability do not exclude or limit any liability that applicable law expressly prohibits from being excluded or limited, nor do they affect any mandatory consumer rights available to Users under applicable law.
VII. Changes, Interruptions, and Termination of Services
1. We may optimize, adjust, add, or discontinue certain features based on product development, operational needs, or legal and regulatory requirements. We are not required to notify each User individually; notice of updates may be provided within the App.
2. We will not be liable for breach of these Terms in connection with temporary service interruptions caused by reasonable circumstances such as system maintenance, version upgrades, or network failures.
3. We may terminate services provided to Users who violate these Terms at any time.
VIII. Updates to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time in response to changes in laws and regulations or business adjustments. The updated Terms will be posted within the App. A User’s continued use of the services after such posting will be deemed acceptance of the latest Terms.
IX. Dispute Resolution
1. The formation, validity, interpretation, and dispute resolution of these Terms shall be governed first by the laws and regulations of the region where the User is located.
2. Where there are no clearly applicable local laws or regulations, the laws of the People’s Republic of China shall apply.
